Well, I've survived Christmas, now all that's left is no claw my way through New Year's. I can tell you that this is one of the most miserable times of the year. Seriously, people need to lighten up. It's bad enough that I work at a local mall, where a single empty parking space means a battle to the death, but I swear the customers have been trying to give me a tough time on purpose. If this is the spirit of Christmas, you'd think the Nazis invented the damn holiday. Not that I don't appreciate the presents and the food, don't get me wrong. Yup, I've finally submitted by first deviation! Ain't it amazing? I know, I know, it's nothing remotely original, but I'll try harder next time. My Wacom finally arrived and I immediately set out breaking it in. It's amazing how good these things are! I didn't think I'd get the hang of it so fast, but I think I've already got some nice results. Next on my list is getting Photoshop CS3- seeing as the version I've got now is 5.5, which is just about on the verge of totally crappy. Well, I feel good and accomplished now, and I'm off the bed. ~Sky

To all you Avatar fans out there, happy new season! I'm a recently converted fan, and really hyped about book 3. Avatar ranks right up there with the best of animation. I'm a definite Kataanger, and a huge fan of Sokka. I hope to someday post some fanart up here, my sketchbook's getting crowded. That's all I have to say, really.
